M.V Rami Reddy, Head-Operations

Mr. M V Rami Reddy

Mr. M.V Rami Reddy is a postgraduate in Social Work with more than 17 years of experience in the service sector. He is instrumental in designing various developmental initiatives at the Ramky Foundation. He has been associated with RF, actively involved in organization building since its inception in 2006. Besides project planning, he has instituted procedures to monitor & evaluate their programmatic implementation. He is currently works as Head-Operations and in charge of the overall functioning of the Organization.

He has been the chief architect of Pan-Indian livelihood interventions for women and rural communities that are currently implementing by the organization. During the last 10 years, he actively monitored various special projects in the field of CSR, employment generation, enterprise development and capacity building of marginalized communities.

He is an author of several books that describes his compassion and sensitivity towards contemporary global issues. To contribute more to the society he has started his own organisation in the memory of his father that supports marginalised people of rural areas.


Anjaneyulu Kandimalla, Head-Execution

Mr. Anjaneyulu Kandimalla

Mr. Anjaneyulu Kandimalla is a postgraduate specialised in Social Work from Andhra Loyola College, Vijayawada brought in more than 20 years of experience in the development sector; holding various positions in many development projects implemented by Government and Private Agencies. He has been associated with Ramky Foundation since 2010 contributed to the growth of the organisation.

He is instrumented in planning, implementing and monitoring the development projects that focuses on Natural Resource Management, Agriculture, Livestock, Livelihoods and Capacity Building. He is currently occupied in implementing the projects across 4 states of the country. Most senior employee of the organisation, his perspective is towards the development of the organisation.

Additionally, he has got vast experience in working for bilateral projects like NAP-CEP, APWELL and APRLP. His experience and broader exposure on the projects helps the organisation to build capacities of other employees.


Harish Srivatsava V, Head - Planning & Communications

Mr. Harish Srivatsava V

Dr. Harish Srivatsava V, has pursued Diploma in CSR & Sustainability from Swedish Institute, Stockholm and Doctorate in Sociology of business from University of Hyderabad. He is also an Alumnus of Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.

He is instrumental in developing vision guided approach for CSR / community development initiatives through stakeholder consultation and participation. He spearheaded the RF’s foray into social research, baseline studies and impact assessments for public/private sector organizations. He also handles long-term community involvement projects in Maharashtra area.

He has been accredited as Functional Area Expert-Socio Economic Studies by NABET, Quality Council of India and also completed Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) certified training program on ‘sustainability reporting’. He has select publications on Corporate Governance / CSR in edited books and professional journals.


K. Balaji Sekhar, Dy. Head-Targeted Intervention (TI) projects

Mr. K. Balaji Sekhar

Mr. K. Balaji Sekhar is a postgraduate specialised in Sociology from Acharya Nagarjhuna University. He played various roles in his career path from faculty of physics to project director of various prestigious health projects in his 12 years of experience and has implemented several social projects in the thrust areas- Health (HIV/AIDS), Education and Disaster Management.

He is successfully implementing 6 Targeted Intervention on HIV/AIDS projects that focuses on Female Sex Workers (FSW), Truckers, and Injecting Drug Users (IDU) spread across 5 states of the country.

Additionally, he worked as a consultant for Assessments studies of HLFPPT for 5 districts in Andhra Pradesh that aim to provide training on TI components to newly recruited project Managers. Alongside, extensive travelling for monitoring the projects in different states of the country is an added quality so as to interact with different communities that helps in understanding the perspective on grass root issues.


Professional Management

Along with the above core team, there is a project team consisting of experienced professionals in the Natural Resource management, Education, Women empowerment, Health sectors. The Project teams are supported by Human Resources, Gender and Diversity, Training & Development, Finance and Accounts, and Communications.
